Interview conducted by Alan Cherry as part of the LDS Afro-American Oral History Project of the Charles Redd Center for Western Studies at Brigham Young University on 12 February 1987. Aull talks about growing up in Chicago, Illinois. She describes her relationships with her mother, stepfather, and other members of the family. She tells of her religious experiences as a Catholic, her conversion to the Mormon Church, and its influences on her dating and social life as a young Mormon.
